My Story
At 52, I look and feel better than ever!
But getting here wasn’t automatic.
After menopause, I was eating healthy, mostly plant-based, and teaching fitness for a living… yet I still gained about 20 pounds. I felt sluggish, uncomfortable, and noticed changes in my body that I didn’t recognize.
Instead of accepting that this was just part of aging, I started learning everything I could about strength training, metabolism, and how our bodies change during midlife.
That process led me to create my signature MenoMagic Program and follow up progressive overload program Magic Muscles.
